Nancy Eiden founded River Ridge Financial Advisory Services on a simple principle: the best financial guidance begins with understanding the people you work with. By building trusting relationships and applying decades of experience, she helps clients navigate life’s financial transitions with confidence.

With more than 30 years in financial services, Nancy has worked at some of the world’s leading institutions. She began her career at Citi and Salomon Brothers before moving into executive positions at Bank Leumi, a global financial institution with over $250 billion in assets, where she served as CEO and Board Director of the bank's broker-dealer subsidiary. Prior to founding River Ridge, she led the investment and insurance subsidiaries at Affinity Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union headquartered in New Jersey with over $4 billion in assets.

Beyond her professional life, Nancy is deeply committed to financial inclusion for all. She serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations advancing economic empowerment for women and underserved communities and is a Certified Mentor with SCORE, the nation’s largest volunteer network of small business mentors.

Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds multiple securities licenses through LPL Financial, including the Series 4, 7, 8, 24, 63, and 65.

Outside the office, Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling—especially to France, where she loves its lavender fields, food, wine, and rich culture.
